Pricing

All prices are a guide only and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, condition, and

services performed. Final pricing is confirmed at consultation and checkout.

Appointment ChangesA minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule. Changes within this timeframe may result

in loss of deposit.

Service Satisfaction

Concerns must be raised within 7 days. Adjustments may be offered. No refunds are provided.

Hair Extension Policy

All extension services require consultation. Custom orders are non-refundable. Results depend on

proper maintenance and aftercare.

Extension Maintenance

Lift-ups must be completed every 4–7 weeks. Failure to maintain may result in additional charges or

refusal of service.

Aftercare Responsibility

Clients must follow professional aftercare advice. We recommend using salon-quality products. We

are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect home care.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if hair integrity is compromised, expectations are unrealistic,

or behaviour is inappropriate
